What is the VF Holden → HSV Bumper Conversion DRL Harness?

This harness allows you to convert a VF Holden front bumper to a VF HSV bumper while keeping everything plug‑and‑play. No cutting, no splicing, no modifying factory wiring. Your DRLs and parking sensors integrate cleanly, just like OEM.

If you’re fitting a HSV bumper to a Holden VF, this harness is the correct, reversible, factory‑style solution.

Available Versions

OEM Holden DRL Function

Replicates factory Holden behaviour:

• DRLs turn on when the engine is running
• DRLs turn off automatically when headlights are switched on

Always‑On DRL Version

Operates like our Holden DRL Mod Harness:

• DRLs stay on even when headlights are on
• DRLs turn off when the vehicle is turned off

How It Works

From factory, Holden VF DRLs switch off when headlights are activated. This harness allows you to choose whether they behave like OEM Holden or stay illuminated with headlights on.

The loom includes an Add‑a‑Fuse for simple ignition‑powered operation. No soldering, no guesswork — just plug in and route the single power wire (Always‑On version only).

Important Notes

• Non‑dimming model — Factory HSV DRL dimming is BCM‑controlled and requires additional wiring/programming not included in this kit.
• Running Halo/Demon Eye headlights? If you already use our Halo/Demon Eye headlights (which also use an Add‑a‑Fuse), both circuits must share the same ignition source. The engine bay fuse box only has one ignition fuse point.

Installation

• 100% plug & play
• No cutting or modifying factory wiring
• Always‑On version requires routing a single power wire to an ignition fuse
• An entry point is required to feed the Add‑a‑Fuse neatly into the fuse box
• Full installation instructions are provided above
